Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers in accordance with the Company’s service standards and guidelines

• Understudy Outlet Manager/ Assistant to ensure Outlet Compliance with authority and company regulations in aspects including but not limited to hygiene, workplace safety, sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays, and inventory controls
• Other ad-hoc duties when required

Responsibilities
As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be in charge of the development, performance, quality, and scaling of our data pipelines, with a special focus on data quality. You will work independently and will also be responsible for making technical decisions within a team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in the field, using 1 or more server-side programming languages -- preferably Java, Scala, Python, Perl, etc.
• Proven experience of minimum 5 years with SQL, HQL, CQL, etc.
• Experience with building scalable data pipelines with technologies such as Glue, ADF, Kafka, Spark, HBase, AzureSQL, DBT etc.
• Strong Experience in Data Modeling, Data warehousing / ETL tools
• Experience using Snowflake & DBT is a plus
• Experience with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure)
• Understands and can develop streaming processing applications using technologies like Kafka-Streams, Spark-Streaming, etc.
• Experience of working on systems on large scale.

• Act as Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex commissions or multiple commissions.
• To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added cost management service.
• Managing estimating and cost planning activities to include taking ownership of and presenting the final cost plan.
• Ensuring the production of monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting them to the client.
• Leading value engineering and life cycle costing exercise.
• Motivate team members, and drive towards positive client outcomes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree qualifications in Quantity Surveying, construction management, engineering or
• similar discipline with more than 12 years’ work experience.
• Experience working on a range of projects across industry sectors including, but not limited to, industrial, semiconductor, infrastructure etc.
• Experience in complicated MEP system inducing process, electrical, mechanical and ELV.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients, develop new business, leverage current opportunities, and coordinate with construction and design teams to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Experience in client management with solid experience in client facing environment that requires incumbent to utilize critical business development skills and advisory skills to enhance project delivery on value management, value engineering and life cycle costing.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Govern and manage owned affiliates (including Joint Venture affiliates) in ONE's agency network
• Support Regional HQ and local offices to establish and maintain efficient agency network
• Handle SGA costs including making proper and realistic budgets
• Monitor monthly SGA cost and provide analysis by comparing with budget for better cost control and management
• Communicate with Regional HQ and internal stakeholders to obtain corporate approval for smooth operations, in line with Delegation of Authority

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business or Economics
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience
