Summary:

As a Scrum Master in the BTT team, you will manage your assigned projects within a project team, collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into business solutions. Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management (running Scrum Agile) in software delivery, preferably in the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Technology industries.

Certifications:

• Certifications in Agile (e.g., SCM, SAFE) are compulsory. Change Management certifications (e.g., PROSCI) are a plus.

RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT:
