What you will do

• Perform solution and equipment preparation, raw material and single use parts dispensing for manufacturing processes in mammalian cell culture and purification processes.
• Involve in hands-on execution of the plant operations and assist Manufacturing Associates in troubleshooting.
• Monitor and analyze processing parameters for atypical trends and improvement opportunities.
• Perform solution and equipment preparation.
• Perform raw material and singe use parts staging and dispensing with additional logistical support responsibility.
• Stage components for autoclaving and washing.
• Perform filter integrity testing of sterilizing filters.
• Perform environmental monitoring of classified manufacturing cleanroom
• Support in-process testing of production samples, prior experience with analytical instrument will be a plus point.

Key Responsibilities

1. Utilizes routine work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts and wire lists, written and/or verbal instructions to build, repair and/or test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies and components.
2. Performs electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting and repair.  Identifies and corrects errors.
3. Observes all safety standards.  Maintains a secure, safe, clean and healthy work environment.  Attends required health and safety training and follows safety and security policies, procedures and practices.  Promptly reports accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergencies to supervisor or Safety dept.  Follows operating instructions, uses protective equipment when required, and uses equipment and materials properly.  Actively strives to prevent accidents and injuries.
4. Utilizes test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and/or vacuum pumps to test assemblies, subassemblies and components.  Enters data on computer terminal, such as progress, work expense and labor details.  May perform computer programming, repair or software 
5. Details finished work.  Receives parts and performs audits to ensure all necessary parts are available to perform built, test and repair.  Inspects parts for defects.  Troubleshoots and improves processes.

What you will do

The associate manufacturing will be required to work on a rotational overnight shift to support daily production requirements. Operations, maintenance and analytical testing will be performed as required according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Plans. The associate manufacturing will perform and monitor critical processes, execute routine validation protocols, and prepare documents such as Batch Records, SOPs and assist in technical reports. They will perform basic troubleshooting and assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions. In this context, we are looking for Specialist II, Quality Operations for our new site based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

The mission described below, must be exercised in compliance with health, safety and environment of the site rules.

The Specialist II, Quality Operations will be responsible to partner with the GMP operations team to provide Quality oversight and advice for Quality on-the-floor and operations support to ensure the EVF Singapore GMP Quality operations meets Sanofi global Quality standard requirements and fulfil the applicable regulatory expectations. The Specialist II, Quality Operations shall be experienced in solving complex problems, and strong understanding of cGMP operations and well-versed in multiple Quality systems (including exception management, change controls, deviations/CAPAs and document management system).

The incumbent will partner closely with operational teams (e.g. manufacturing, facilities, Quality control and technical units) to ensure Quality, safety, reliability, efficiencies to support EVF Singapore GMP manufacturing operations.

During the Project Phase, the Specialist II, Quality Operations will participate in the following Engineering / Commissioning & Qualification activities:

Engineering / Commissioning & Qualification activities:

• Review and approval of engineering documents related to GMP operations.
• Support and provide inputs to Installation, Operational Qualification (IOQ) activities for equipment used in GMP operations.
• Review and approval of operational, as well as process related documents (e.g. work instructions, SOPs, batch records).
• Support the digital and automation infrastructure setup including Delta V recipe, MES workflows, other process equipment related systems, ERP module setup, etc.

Provide GMP Quality support during PPQ runs:

Working hours –
