The incumbent leads Factory’s Engineering Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing engineering projects to ensure they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The incumbent is also responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements
