· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to perform impact analysis in a structured manner.

· Good verbal & written communication skills.

· Proactive and able to work independently and under pressure.

· With a keen interest in providing high service quality and familiar with the demand of a 24x7 support environment

• Regularly follow written and verbal directives to safely and efficiently operate plant equipment, manage site services, and handle vehicle loading/unloading. The specific responsibilities may differ depending on the site.
• Identify and propose safety and efficiency enhancements within the work area, participating in multidisciplinary teams to prioritize and implement these improvements.
• Effectively communicate with production team members and other onsite functions (e.g., maintenance, planning, logistics) through verbal, email, and written means, ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
