Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator organizes, executes, and coordinate the projects events and administration work. This position will report to the head of PMO and support the project managers to comply the internal project standard. The Project Coordinator will have the exposure to join the global IT project implementation and work with different nations and culture in ASM.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the creation of a company’s AI and Intelligent Automation, and Digital Twin architecture with varying frameworks and deployment models to devise and execute AI architecture strategy.
• Define AI architecture and guide leaders and decision-makers in choosing compatible technologies.
• Work closely with AI leaders and AI program managers to help move forward, integrating AI into existing systems and prepare systems for new AI programs and applications to keep pace with emerging trends.
• Design and develop advanced analytics and AI/ML models, systems, infrastructure and solutions for Global Operations Business Functions.
• To have detailed understanding problem statement, analyze business problems, identify data sources, extract, transform, process, simulate outputs, test, productionize and maintain solutions.
• AI.ML Operations – Automate and integrate data and AI solutions development and deployment: Identify and prioritize opportunities and develop proof of concepts for AI/ML/algorithmic application to automate manual business process executions, build systems and solutions that can integrate into existing systems.
• Implement models and converting them into application programming interfaces (APIs)/ Microservices aligning to the AI architecture and strategy.
• Work with other team members, including IT, data analysts/ scientists, digital engineers and AI leaders, to support digital transformation.
• Collaborating with security professionals to manage potential risks and implement AI technologies, applications, and infrastructure in keeping with ethical policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor/ master’s degree or equivalent in computer science/engineering or related specifications.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML projects
• Adaptability and continuous learning to stay up to date with latest development in AI, new tools, technics and advancements emerging all the time.
• Hands on E2E Data Analytics project experience and statistics/ML algorithms concepts application
  ERP / SAP R/3/ S4 HANA/ Oracle / Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Purchasing / Logistics / Quality /
• Engineering business process knowledge.
• Proven track record in solution deployment across functions.
• Analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills; able to build influential relationship with internal stakeholders, Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills are vital.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Experience with ML, deep learning, Computer Vision, TensorFlow, Python, NLP. Knowledge in Generative AI .

Global Purchasing team is seeking for a Buyer on a 12 month contract. The role will include responsbilities such as managing purchase orders while pro-actively handling supplier devliery plands and managing customers demand. There will be opportunities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support a high-demand department.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for direct purchasing
• Responsible for materials on time delivery per production needs
• Responsible for PO creation, issuance, confirmation, re-scheduling and cancellations
• Manage supplies to meet production plans and customer demands
• Proactively manage supplier delivery plans and customer demands
• Ensure continuity of supplies in product transfers, as needed
• Resolve issues on Vendor Invoice, Problematic GR , RTVs
• Review work methods for continuous improvement
• Manage supplier relationships
• PO administration
• Expediting suppliers and resolving supply issues with suppliers
• Creatively manage supplest through forecast, safety stocks
• Ensure supplier OTD performance
• Working with cross-functional teams to close supply gaps
• Work closely with the planning team and project manager addressing day-day critical shortages and ensure that the information is cascaded down to the team

Requirements:

• Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of purchasing or supply chain management experience
• Experience in SAP system and proficient in MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Good Communication skills, verbal and written to participate in business discussions and communicate insights and influence stakeholders
• Strong critical thinking, and strategic thinking abilities
• Team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Able to work independently towards achieving company/group objectives

Responsibilities:

• Key member of global program task force, Commodity focal representing Commercial Sourcing organization across multi-department high visibility team reporting regularly to Executives.
• Actively expand supplier base to meet sourcing requirements through collaboration and benchmarking. Provide recommendation to the Commodity Director for strategic alignment.
• Total PLC and operational ownership, including supplier engagement management in alignment with the needs of the business, the global supply strategy and specific commodity strategies. Inclusive of actively approaching the supplier by means of investigating, coordinating, quoting to meet operational requirements.
• Participate and lead supplier performance reviews: focusing on change control compliance, supplier responsiveness to quote.
• Work effectively with internal stakeholders cross-functionally and cross-regionally, as well as those of external partnerships who are critical to meeting key objectives.
• Maintain and provide current understanding on industry and technology trends for the assigned categories.
• Report and escalate supply continuity risk associated with PLC and operational requirements.
• Manage and improve lead time and OTD performance with critical HVM materials.
• Commercial agreement negotiation to support business needs eg. master agreement, supplier engagement agreement, material liability agreement etc.
• Cost negotiation for second sourcing and optimal geographical sourcing to be close to customer.
• Ensuring supply continuity for a dynamic business requiring supply chain flexibility and agility.
• Routinely performs supply risk assessments, and drives mitigation plans accordingly, including setting up and working out of secondary and/or alternative supplier routes in regard to purchasing of strategically important and critical products/goods.

Requirements

• Possesses excellent communication abilities, a customer-first mindset and a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Experience in managing suppliers in Asia specific to machining, consumable and critical components in semiconductor and/or related industries.
• Experience with costing models and demonstrate examples of implementation
• Multi-skilled technical and business Commodity experience with proven multi-category management.
• Effective negotiation experience with demonstrated ability to execute and implement global commodity sourcing strategies.
• Adept at influencing decisions, conflict resolution and developing solutions to complex situations.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and critical thinking in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office and PLC management tools
• Organized, attention to detail oriented and data driven with a team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable with generating PowerPoint presentations, crafting a message and clearly delivering the message to multiple levels across the organization.
• Responsible for supplier selection to meet total sourcing expectations - quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
• Strong understanding of trade restriction and ability to make risk assessments for critical suppliers.

Pre-requisites

• Minimum a Bachelors or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering or related fields
• Experience in a global and matrix reporting environment
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in procurement, commodity management or supplier engineering, with demonstrated increase of responsibilities
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a semiconductor or similar high technology manufacturing environment
• Holds either a APICS certification, Lean Six Sigma training, negotiation certification or Supply chain related programs
