• Develop critical process metrics that can be monitored on a regular basis and provide insights to potential bottlenecks and resolving them at the root cause.
• Process control also includes periodic review and updating of all work procedures and checklists in accordance to ISO standards, and required to develop and maintain FMEA and control plans for the assigned processes.
• As a stakeholder of the product, you will conduct risk assessment with other stakeholders such as Quality Management, Production and Supplier Quality to highlight any product or human related safety risks for discussion and resolution.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma / Degree in relevant Engineering field
• Preferably possess at least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a Manufacturing or Automation environment
• Candidates that has experience in sustaining products in series phase (mass production stage) will be highly advantageous
• Ability to interface with different department and stakeholders
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Strong quality mindset
