• Develop and update programming for automated production equipment to optimise performance
• Provide training to operators on the operation and maintenance of automated equipment as necessary
• Conduct washing to remove contaminants from ball bearings, ensure adherence to quality standards
• Perform test to assess quality and integrity of ball bearings, documenting results accurately
• Visual inspections to identify defects or abnormalities in the manufacturing process
• Compile audit work papers and documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Assist in the development of audit protocols and procedures
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in work areas to promote efficiency and safety
• Review/recommend changes on procedures for work environment and safety aspects (E.g. IATF 16949, ISO14001, Safety Management Systems, etc.)
• Attend meetings, reviews, discussion and coordinate with Superior to achieve target and yield rate.

Requirements:

• ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec/Polytechnic diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic engineering
• Entry level are welcome to apply

Job Objectives:

The specialized First Recovery Support IT Production Support Engineer is responsible to support application wellness in production systems, Managing monitoring of system exception emails, help desk incident assignments and distribution within teams. Closely follow-up and monitor issue from investigation, pass relevant details to L2/L3 team. Make sure system availability as per SLA across countries for multiple applications / interfaces. Perform scheduled health check tasks across applications and raise alerts in case required. Able to work in shift-based environment, support implementations during bank’s green zone

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle incidents and service requests raised via helpdesk and call center.

· Receive and prioritize emails based on urgency; reallocate within support teams and help in recovery actions to meet the TRO.

· Monitor the incoming demand through ISM tool and ensure right assignments on time.

· Perform scheduled tasks within Service Level Agreements (SLA) referring to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

· Manage service requests recording for monthly management reporting.

· Manage external vendors for project delivery within schedule

· Follow SOP to identify potential issues and escalate to the shift lead for critical incidents or Emails.

· Ensure application incident & task documentation is properly updated for each production release.

Plan- Buyer/ Supply Chain Specialist

Location: Jurong East

Our Plan- Buyer has the responsibility for maintaining continuous communications with external suppliers to obtain status updates on open orders and ensure the accuracy of information contained in system. You will prepare requests for quote packages, ensuring all quality and engineering questions are resolved prior to releasing for quote. You should know and understand the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Set up parts by BOM & Routing on JDE.
• Carry out cost analysis on parts and roll costs in line wit Standard Cost setup
  Prepare and issuing of Work Order (BOM & Routing) according to sales order and product / components part number.
• Prepare quote reqests, OQ’s, to buy components, raw materials or external services (machining, threading and other).
• To perform Purchasing duties related to the purchasing of services, consumables, materials, and equipment in accordance with established policies and regulations.
• Initiate bid/quote process for services, supplies, materials and equipment’s from approved vendors in consultation with Production Planner to achieve on time delivery at the lowest cost.
• Determines and develops appropriate sources of supply, products and services.
  Process vendor approval request and update approved vendor list.
• Prepares and processes purchasing documents using JD Edward Procurement software module.
• Act in accordance with the Roles and Responsibilities as designated in IMS Manufacturing Work Instructions.
• General office administrative duties as required for the business.
• Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Qualification:

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to follow and relay detailed and complex instructions.
• 2-5+ years experience in manufacturing, planning or customer service.
• College/University degree qualified.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people to accomplish company goals.
