Job Description:

You report to the Production Operations Manager. Your job responsibilities mainly include the following:

• Supervise Food Processing Assistants.
• Assist in in the Central Kitchen production operations.
• Preparation of pre-cook food items for restaurants.
• Prepare and determine right quantity of various ingredients for sauces.
• Monitor the inventory level notify the Production Operations Manager when stock level is low.
• Familiarise with all sauces and cooking methods for all food production items.
• Stir-fry chilli paste.
• Defrost and cut poultry, and other meat items.
• Peeling of prawn shell.
• Anticipate the following day’s supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients.
• Keeping production area clean and hygienic.
• To perform other duties as assigned.

• Execute all necessary transactions to meet customer and internal requirements, ensuring a smooth production flow.
• Control and manage strategic inventory to support production goals, optimizing product mix and considering lead times accordance with customer requirements.
• Communicate with relevant parties, leading production by prioritizing tasks, controlling work-in-progress (WIP), and managing production output.
• Coordinate alternatives in case of unexpected or planned equipment downtimes to meet logistical needs and ensure timely shipments.
• Schedule growing processes based on customer demand and puller capacities.
• Collaborate with technology teams to optimize processes.
• Plan and execute deliveries to international sites.
• Make adjustments to the planning process to accommodate changes in specifications requirements.
• Make decisions regarding the usage of aging inventory.
• Schedule and optimize the usage of test materials.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related role
• At least Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge of logistic processes and systems like Workstream, SAP, reporting tools
• Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing process flow
• High level of PC skills

• O Level, Nitec/Diploma in engineering
• Cleanroom experience is preferable to have
• Must be comfortable with rotating shift experience
• Training will be provided
• Islandwide transport provided
