• Work with tech transfer teams to prepare new processes; point of contact for QC/lab operations for external customers. Set-up and coordinate detailed planning and document deliverables as per Master Plan and agreed timelines by working collaboratively within QC and cross-functional teams.
• Direct customer and regulatory agency interaction as required. Involve in regulatory audits in an independent manner. Responsible for analytical validation/transfer topics.
• Lead and approve validation documents (Example: Method Qualification / Validation / Investigation).
• Superior ability to troubleshoot all applicable methods.
• Provide trending and statistical support for periodic reporting, and or decision making
• Support investigations for major and critical discrepancies (OOS, complaints, deviations). Make recommendation for product quality impact assessments and propose CAPA actions.

Minimum requirements
• Minimum: BS in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology or Chemical Engineering
• Desirable: PhD in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
• 8+ years of related experience. Related experience should be in GMP-regulated industries in Quality Control. Experience in analytical validation/transfer is a plus.
• Must understand FDA/EMA/ICH requirements as well as industry quality systems
• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and quality control. Experience in bio-technology/bioprocess/bio manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, planning, execution, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Strong project management skills
• Considerable organization awareness (e.g. interrelationship of departments, business priorities), including significant experience working cross-functionally

Job Description & Requirements

1. Deli and charcuterie specialist in producing bacon, cooked and processed meats etc.

2. Manages various production teams and production schedule.

3. Maintain and improve product standards, consistency and factory hygiene.

4. Work in accordance with HACCP plan documentation, SFA guidelines, and ISO regulations.

5. Ensure product batches label are accurate.

6. Daily Ad Hoc tasks to be handled from time to time

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements:

· Works with an open mind and have flexibility to shift tasks and re-prioritise under different circumstances.

· An independent and motivated individual, who excels in working as a team.

· Able to manage own time and work according to schedule to complete task on hand

· High attention to quality, details and specification requirement of product.

· Relevant working experience in Food/ Meat companies is a must.

· 5.5 days/ week, 7:30am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 7:30am-1pm (Sat).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Process Engineer & Engineering team to establish QC standards.
• Creating documentation for inspection criteria and quality plans.
• Collaborating with QA, Process, and Product teams to address quality issues through corrective action.
• Conducting in-process audits and final quality control audits with the Process team.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Manufacturing/Quality Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
• Responsible for controlling Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA).
• Oversight of quality control for incoming, in-process, and outgoing products.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, and 45001, and FDA requirements.
• Understanding IPC requirements in PCB assembly and quality standards for various manufacturing processes such as plastic molding, die casting, extrusion, metal stamping, and machining parts.
