Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in timely completion of production plan in maintaining and improving workmanship standards
• Scheduling and assigning adequate resources, monitoring progress, and resolving problem
• Report to the Senior Manager in reporting shift production status
• Key personnel in leading independently on discipline and planning for the manufacturing team
• Manage team's recruitment, appraisals and ensure that the training skills are met for current and future demands of the shift.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in either a technical environment in aviation, capital equipment or manufacturing industry
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience for a team of technical staffs (technicians/ operators)
• Prior hands-on experience in equipment manufacturing (i.e. mechanical/electrical, troubleshooting)
• Able to perform a 3 month, 12 hour rotating shifts (Both day & night shift)
• Able to demonstrate good communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects (Lean/Kaizen) and demonstrate resource planning capability

• Ensures the smooth day-to-day operation on a production floor.

• Strong familiarity with BOM and multi-level BOM structure for semiconductor equipment manufacturing.
