Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely production and adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, optimize resource allocation, and maintain productivity.
• Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs for food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and minimize waste through effective stock management.
• Conduct quality checks, ensuring all products meet company standards before dispatch.
• Coordinate with retail operations to manage product delivery orders and ensure timely delivery to outlets.
• Assist in developing and implementing SOPs for improved kitchen efficiency.
• Collaborate with the R&D team on new product integration into the production line.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer
• Working Location: Tai Seng
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00 am – 6.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,300 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Help with New Production Introduction tasks: develop manufacturing processes, design tools, create schedules, control costs, support sourcing, qualify quality, support tests, reduce product costs, and introduce products into the supply chain.
• Lead technical aspects of manufacturing processes for cables, harnesses, mechanical assemblies, inspections, and testing, including designing tools and fixtures.
• Utilise knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment production and testing methods.
• Manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines to successfully complete and make projects profitable.
• Collect data and create manufacturing solutions and documents to support OMS, SOE, MI, drawings, and specifications.
• Perform assembly tasks and guide technicians/operators as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to compare and study Bill of Materials (BOM).
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in related industry.
