• Responsible for the troubleshooting/ investigation support of Manufacturing operation in compliance with the Site Safety and GMP procedures.
• Responsible to support any projects being executed internally or by vendors.
• Manage and lead contractor, vendors and service providers to perform maintenance works.
• To manage the obsolescence and asset replacement accordance to site requirement and engineering standards,
• Lead in continuous improvement efforts/ projects and responsible for support and execution of automation qualification such as FAT, SAT, Commissioning, Validation, CCA, VCR, IQ, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Skills and experience required

• Ability to perform troubleshooting and work on difference types of PLC programming language (Siemens Step 7, Rockwell RS Logix, B&R automation).
• Good knowledge on field instrumentations (temperature & pressure transmitter, control valve)
• Able to perform simple instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
• Read and Interpret maintenance procedures, equipment manuals, work orders, process and instrumentation (P&ID) diagram and electrical schematics to perform required maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting
• Familiar with PLC control component, ability to carry out hardware replacement and minor software modification.Good knowledge on field bus system (Profibus DP/PA, deviceNet, IO Link, CANopen)Experience in PLC language: Siemens Step 7, Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell RS Logix 5000/500, B&R automation
• Experience in SCADA/HMI System: GE Proficy iFix, Proficy Batch, Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch, FactoryTalk
• Experience in Packaging system: Filling machine, Case packing, Palletizing, Automated conveying line
• Experience in Robotic: ABB/Fanuc Robotics
• Must be able to interpret Electrical drawings and P&ID diagram.

Education

• Diploma/Degree from Control/ Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines

RESPONSIBILITY

-Checking of wood panel and pvc edging under hot environment

-Help in loading and unloading weight about 20kg

-Main job scope is machine production, end the wood panel will sent to your section for quality checking and packing

-Maintain safe and clean working environment by educationg and directiong personnel on the use of all control points, equipment , and resources

-Maintaining compliance with established policies and procedure

· Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work

· Able to lead a team of foreign workers

· Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the main contractors, subcontractors & suppliers

· Monitor, coordinate, and keep track of the site work progress to ensure quality and efficient manner

· Supervise & coordinate the activities at project site.

Responsibilities:

· Willing to work in shifts to provide 24/7, on-call, holiday and weekend support.

· Has experience or knowledge on Incident and Problem management.

· Health check and monitoring production system and job scheduling to ensure SLA is meet.

· Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to performance and reliability throughout the software stack.

· Proactively identify bottlenecks in the system and work to resolve these issues before they become a problem.

· Continuous improvement of the system, e.g. job automation, performance tuning.

· Should be able to identify and fix the bugs.

· At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience on troubleshooting the applications run on full stack preferably in Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.

· At least 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in Banking or Anti money laundering.

· At least 2-5 years of working experience in production support in banking applications running on Windows and Unix environments.

· Should have strong hold on SQL server/Oracle databases and able to write/debug the SQL programs.

· Good knowledge in Linux/Unix/Windows scripting.

· Hands on experience on monitoring tools like Grafana has added advantage.

· Should be open to learn and adapt to new technologies.

· Knowledge on GIT Bitbucket and Jenkins has added advantage.

· Knowledge on Actimize/Hadoop has added advantage.

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills:

· Unix, Windows, SQL, Java Support Experience, Programming on any language, incident and change management

Shift timing:

• 7am to 4pm
• Need to support on weekends
• Sat 10pm to 6am
• Sunday: 6am to 3pm
• There may be times to be called during off- working hours during the weekday to provide on call support for production issues.
