Our Client, a MNC in the Food & Agribusiness located in Town is looking for a HR Manager.

Reporting to the CHRO, is responsible for recommending, aligning, and implementing People strategies in partnership with the HR Business Partner, Centre of Excellence (CoE) and People Services (PST) teams. The position provides professional HR guidance to relevant internal customers to add value to the business. This includes the effective delivery of HR Services, HR Business Partnering, and related requirements of the assigned Business Unit/entities.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Services Delivery/HR Business Partnering

• Act as a primary HR interface of the regional office and responsible for running the day-to-day HR operations and providing regional support for employees and entities in the regional office, including but not limited to onboarding, work pass application, confirmation, off-boarding and etc
• Partner with external payroll vendor and internal stakeholders to administer timely and accurate monthly payroll processing
• Recommends and implements end-to-end HR and People services, systems, and procedures aligned with the overall HR/People and Business strategies
• Monitors, reports HR issues/challenges, and recommends opportunities and development plans
• Participates in the budgeting process by providing data and working with relevant stakeholders

Talent Attraction

• Collaborate with CoE and stakeholders by implementing and leading Attraction-related initiatives

Performance Management

• Work closely with CoE in rolling out an effective performance management program
• Participate in the annual merit increase and promotion cycle by communicating and implementing the processes
• Support in the implementation and closure of Performance Improvement Plans

Talent Optimization/Learning and Development

• Profiling of critical talents and high potentials for Managers and below
• Support in the succession and talent identification discussion
• Partner with CoE and HRBP in the developmental interventions of identified critical talents and High Potentials
• Implementation of Learning and Development initiatives and programs in collaboration with CoE

Organizational Development

• Work hand in hand with stakeholders, HRBP and CoE to identify organizational and employee concerns and conceptualize strategies to ensure employee motivation and engagement.
• Ensure effective implementation of organizational development programs
• Collaborate with other functional/departmental heads to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements

Engagement and Culture Building

• Be the Voice of HR in the regional office. Develop, execute, and evaluate internal communication plan to ensure initiatives and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively
• Responsible for the implementation of culture and engagement initiatives and programs

Employee/Labor Relations and Other Governance-Related Functions

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and government legislation and keeping abreast of the latest updates
• Manage employee complaints, grievances, and disputes
• Effectively identify opportunities to improve process administration to increase effectiveness and enhance employment experience
• Collaborate with respective functional heads in the resolution of problems and handling of disciplinary cases and ensure that actions taken should comply with the local labor laws
• Implements company-initiated and government-mandated benefits.

Special Projects

• Participate in the design and development of HR initiatives relating to Talent Attraction, Talent Management and Development, Organization Effectiveness, and overall HR and People Strategies

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resource Management
• At least 8 years as HR generalist with expert knowledge in the different HR specialties
• Hands-on experience in running HR operations with knowledge of HR practices and legislation in Singapore. Those with experience in other countries within APAC will be advantageous
• Experience in managing outsourced payroll vendors
• Proactive individual contributor who works well as a team
• Experience working in MNC with matrix organization setting
• Process-oriented, resilient and results-driven
• Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Pastry Chef with expertise in crafting premium gelato and sorbets to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in frozen desserts, and a flair for innovation while maintaining traditional techniques. • Production & Innovation: Prepare a variety of gelatos and sorbets from scratch, using high-quality ingredients.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in pastry arts with a specialization in gelato and sorbet production (minimum 5 years preferred).

Structure: Reporting directly to the Vice President, Global Product Delivery. In this role, the Director of Industrial Engineering and Facility will be responsible to lead the Industrial Engineering organisation for ASM (Asia and US) and the Facility team in Singapore plant.

The role requires strong technical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in industrial engineering and facility management in semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimal layout and facility plans, drives efficiency improvement projects to achieve operational excellence with Asia manufacturing leaders and achieve business objectives.
• Manage and develop a team of industrial engineers and facility engineers. Oversees contractors on-site on their deliverables and quality standards.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for teams and extended teams(contractors) to measure operational performance and progress to support business’s growth.
• Apply industrial engineering principles to optimize workflows, layout of existing and new manufacturing cleanrooms and Labs in Asia and US. Work closely with Manufacturing/ BU Engineering leaderships to ensure targets are met with most efficient cost and timeline.
• Identify areas for improvement and lead cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and deploy technologies to achieve desired outcome and in compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Assess and set up a structure for systemic approach, including facility variable control, documentations, to support daily and longer-term growth plans and changes.
• Supports new product manufacturing by meeting the facility and capacity requirements from pilot stage to volume ramp.
• Work with cross-functional team and drive operational excellence, ensuring project completion and ROI achievements.
• Communicate progress, results, and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee building and cleanroom maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• To ensure EHS(environmental, health and safety) compliance, implement and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and regulations.
• To plan, execute, and manage facility-related capital projects, including budgeting and scheduling.
• To develop and manage facility-related annual budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations, including reviewing cost and scope of work of external contractors to align with strategic roadmap.
• Drive initiatives to improve facility operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
• Contribute towards Sustainability initiatives by maintaining facility in the most efficient manner in energy efficiency, utilize renewable energy and waste reduction. Lead sustainability projects with Corp EHS guidance to ensure ASM is on track to meet Net Zero by 2035.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Industrial engineering or related field.
• Strong Facility management knowledge and communication skills
• LEAN and Six Sigma knowledge/ certification
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experiences within semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in managing both direct and indirect / matrix reporting teams.
• Ability to travel
