• 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking,venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting or internal corporate strategy teams.
• Experience in developing/leading GTM strategy and leading programs and projects.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in developing and presenting business strategies to C-level executives, while being able to engage and communicate effectively with global and regional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with limited direction, manage competing priorities, and several time-sensitive projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent grounding in data skills with practical experience working with analytical toolsets.

The Infant Educarer is responsible for providing a safe and developmentally appropriate program for infants and toddlers between the age of 2 to 18 months in accordance with the guidelines, policies and procedures of the Centre. She must also ensure the development and safety of the infants under her care.

Requirements

• Minimum CIT,HCIC or ACEY
• Fluent in spoken and written English or Chinese

• Able to work well independently as well as within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on trading books, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct monthly analyses of profit and loss positions and assist in generating reports for the Risk Management Committee.
• Perform regular back testing, scenario analysis, and stress tests, as well as offering insights for new business activities.
• Compile daily market data, and distribute relevant financial information to stakeholders.
• Oversee hedging strategies, evaluating their effectiveness and ensuring compliance with set standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong IT proficiency for effective risk assessment and reporting.
• Expertise in energy commodities trading, regulatory compliance, and market risk management.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese speaking and writing.
