What You Will Be Doing

A. Marketing and Outreach

• Represent SUSS to promote the university and programme offerings in both local and overseas outreach activities.

• Maximizing room revenue by up-selling to a higher rate category and selling the highest possible rates for walk-in guests
• Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
• Maintains the privacy of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed to anybody
• Attend daily briefings and relevant departmental meetings
• Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with at the front desk and back office area
• Supervise and ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Front Desk, ensuring all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of Front Desk and related areas
• Establish awareness of the Hotels fire and emergency procedure
• Ensure vigilance in regard to in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies
• Provide assistance of the Front Office areas such as Front Desk, Airline Desk, Groups, Rooms Controlling and Lobby Greeters
• Ensure strict compliance of the Credit Card Privacy – PCI, Cash Float SOP
• Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Front Office Manager/Assistant Front Office Manager/Reception and Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Assist Director of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns that promote our Restaurants and Bars offerings to increase foot traffic and revenue.
• Collaborate with Restaurants and Bars Director/Manager and chefs to create promotional materials and advertising strategies that align with current culinary trends and Artyzen's image.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage and enhance our online presence, including updating the restaurant’s website, social media accounts, and online listings.
• Execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising to boost reservations and event bookings.

Event Management:

• Organize and promote F&B collaborations such as wine tastings, chef’s tables, seasonal festivals, and culinary workshops.
• Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure events are successful and align with our brand’s standards.

Market Research:

• Conduct market research to understand current trends in the Food & Beverage industry and gathercustomer feedback to improve service and offerings.
• Analyze competitors’ marketing strategies and performance to benchmark and improve our marketing efforts.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with the Restaurants & Bars and Sales & Marketing teams to ensure marketing objectives are integrated with operational goals.
• Supporting Director of Marketing Communication and develop and maintain relationships with media and promotional partners to enhance publicity and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including social media platforms, search engine marketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for the food and beverage industry and staying updated with the latest trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the B2C and B2B branding and trade promotion activities

· Work closely together with management to innovate and generate new marketing initiatives

· Oversee all marketing campaigns for the organization

· Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services

· Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies

· Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns

· Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

· Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
