JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for outlet feedback and concerns based on guidelines provided, diligently resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships.
• Managing incoming and outgoing communications, which includes emails and phone calls, as well as drafting and proofreading written communications.
• Accurate data entry into various software systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that information is readily accessible when needed.
• Issue invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders accurately within given timeline.
• Collaborate with logistics agents and overseas purchase agents to facilitate smooth importing processes.
• Prepare and verify the necessary documents for shipments.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned to support the smooth operation of the department and the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounts-related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge in Sage accounting system an advantage
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Meticulous, able to spot abnormalities and close loops.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing standards development projects under the national standardization programme administered by Enterprise Singapore.
• Provide secretariat support to the Technical Committees and Working Groups. This includes preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, report compilation, drafting of standards, etc.
• Engage and coordinate with the industry, academia, and government organizations to facilitate the development, promotion, and review of Singapore Standards and Technical References.
• Organizing key standard launches events and other outreach events.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and launch new standards. This includes conducting consultations and ensuring that standards are aligned with industry needs.
• Assist in the industry and technical research for the development of new/review of standards. Conduct verification studies to identify users of the standards.
• Handle inquiries regarding standards in your area of responsibility, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification/ Fresh gradustes are welcome to apply
• Preferably with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in safety or manufacturing related field
• Preferably with secretariat experience
• Min. 3 years of experience in quality, safety or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Results-oriented and able to manage and execute projects in a team and independently.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and work well with various stakeholders
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity tools

Job Description – Senior Regulatory Affairs Executive

• Drafting, compiling and maintaining of technical documents to ensure compliance to the applicable domestic and international regulations and standards , specifically EU MDR 2017/745
• Prepare and submit regulatory technical documentations to regulatory authorities for new registrations, renewal and change notification (eg US FDA, SG HSA, AUS TGA etc)
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and standards for medical device.
• Work closely with internal team for documentation and information gathering.
• Liase with various regulatory authorities and authorised representatives on requirements needed to facilitate product approval and address any deficiencies and queries.
• Support in adverse event reporting, report adverse event regulatory authorities in relevant countries within the stipulated timeline, when required.
• Participate in internal / external audits as part of the audit team (including supplier audit)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes
• Ensure post-market surveillance obligations are complied with regulations
• Any other ad-hoc assigned

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, biological engineering, pharmacy or related field;
• 4-5 years of experience in medical device regulatory affairs with experience in FDA 510(k) or CE marking
• Familiar with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards such as ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Managing schedules: Prioritizing and managing the schedules of executives, including meetings and appointments
• Coordinating meetings: Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring that communications are disseminated
• Handling sensitive information: Protecting and handling confidential information
• Supporting executives: Providing administrative and secretarial support to executives
• Facilitating communication: Facilitating internal communication and ensuring that communications from senior management are disseminated
• Planning events: Planning and executing business events, such as conferences, luncheons, and dinners
• Managing projects: Managing and maintaining special projects for senior management
• Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new executives and joiners

Key Responsibilities:

- To support product merchandising and stock replenishment at various locations.

- set up(early morning) and set down (at night) for counter/atrium activities at some period.
- arrange working schedule for promoter.

- Submit picking list to warehouse.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Relevant work experience is preferred but not necessary.

- Physically fit to support product merchandising and stock replenishment at the stores.

- Able to start work Immediately / short notice.
