Job Description

The Finance Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the financial health and efficiency of the organization. Job Scope

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting functions.
• Responsible for monthly management accounts and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure timely invoices/bills registration.
• Prepare and process sales POs - following up closely with debtors for sales proceeds.
• Prepare and process monthly payroll & CPF and employee claims.

Financial Reporting and Budgeting
