Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Executive at SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as processing shipping documentation, providing customer service to clients and ensuring smooth operations throughout the container haulage process.

1. Maintain business relationship with customers. Attend to customer’s enquiries and ensure all the job requirements in their orders are fulfilled

We are seeking a responsible Operations Executive to be the central point of contact between Employees, Customers and the Company. Assist the Operations Manager in performing site observation and ensure operation procedures are strictly adhered to.
