• Oversee all accounts, human resource and administrative matters of the company.
• Prepare and Handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, payment voucher, reconciliation of bank statements, etc.
• Review quarterly and yearly balance sheet, Profit & Loss and cash flow reports.
• Liaise with company secretary, banker, accountant, tax agency and relevant authorities.
• Manage payroll and taxation matters.
• Assist on a whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matter
• Liaise and deal with company other operation suppliers, such as legal, office, HR agency, etc.
• Assist to verifying Supplier Tax Invoice
• Process Claims and monthly reimbursements
• Handle day-to day HR function
• Handle Recruitment Process, Employment Contract, on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Monthly Payroll, CPF Process, IR21& IR8A - Prepare weekly/monthly HR, payroll and overtime report
• Maintain and update employee’s personal files, and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents.
• Generate HR Letters (i.e. Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion & etc.)

Join us as a Business Development Executive in our Singapore office, in a dynamic full-time, hybrid role. This position is at the heart of our expansion strategy, focusing on growing our cybersecurity solutions and specialized training programs in information security. You will drive new business development, lead generation, and manage key accounts, with a dual focus on marketing our bespokedcybersecurity services and our comprehensive training solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategically market our cybersecurity solutions and training programs, identifying new opportunities in various sectors.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored cybersecurity and training solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, especially in cybersecurity and training solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

RESEARCH AND PLANNING

• Help develop a Marketing & Communication plan, working directly with the directors and consultants of the company.
• Identify opportunities for strategic alliances and partnerships to help increase B1G1 brand awareness.
• Build, automate and continuously improve digital marketing and sales funnels, processes and associated materials.
• Assess and optimize effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis.
• Track and manage marketing analytics and reporting across channels and enable actionable insights through the customer journey.
• Evaluate and analyze website statistics and marketing communication effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Conduct customer market research to support strategy development.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the leadership team.

OPERATIONS

• Plan, and coordinate marketing and communication activities.
• Establish and maintain internal procedures and quality standards for marketing activities.
• Ensure the B1G1 brand and voice is consistently upheld through our marketing and communication collateral.
• Deploy successful and effective digital marketing campaigns using CRM and other systems (e.g., Active Campaign) in consultation with other team members.
• Manage media buying activities (including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads) and collaborate with external specialists.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to execute marketing activities to a high standard and in line with deadlines.

Knowledge and Experience

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent and articulate English speaker
• At least Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications and/or prior experience in Digital Marketing management (please indicate the number of years of experience).

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proficient with Key notes/PowerPoint, Word, & Excel.
• Knowledge of Social Media tools, SEO, and other web-based tools and resources with the ability to swiftly learn new tools and systems – IT Savvy.
• Experience with Active Campaign CRM and/or other marketing automation system.
• Proficiency in Adobe Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dream Weaver etc.) and/or Canva
• Experience with Web Design (HTML, PHP, HTML 5 etc.) and video editing. Familiarity with Webflow is a plus.
• Experience with Google Ads and social media advertising.
• Data-oriented, logical, and analytical.
• Great collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a clear, effective, and articulate communicator (English).
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills with great organizational skills.
• Willingness to push boundaries and think outside the box for constant improvement.

Role details

Starting Salary Range: $2800-$3600 depending on skills, experience and qualifications. Plus additional unique B1G1 benefits.

Location of Work: Beside One-North MRT Station

General Work Schedule: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm) – flexible
