• Installing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and software on user workstations and laptops.
• Maintaining various IT equipment including servers, workstations, laptops, printers, routers, firewalls, and other office equipment.
• Troubleshooting IT problems reported by users and assisting in daily IT operations.
• Ensuring the stability and security of the network and minimizing downtime.
• Implementing effective backup and disaster recovery procedures and supporting legacy systems.
• Providing system support and carrying out system requirement studies.
• Managing relationships with IT suppliers and vendors for IT infrastructure purchasing.
• Generating an inventory list for IT assets and software licensing.
• Managing users' email accounts.
• Ensuring that all IT systems governance follows corporate standards.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Implement and oversee fire safety plans and procedures, ensuring compliance with local fire safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance or repair work.
• Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs for all M&E equipment.
• Assist in emergency response and crisis management activities, particularly related to fire safety and building systems failures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the facilities team in areas of M&E expertise.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost management for M&E related expenditures.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in facility management, especially concerning M&E and fire safety.
• Collaborate with the Site Facility Manager in planning and executing facility-related projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facility management with a strong focus on M&E systems.
• Certified Fire Safety Manager or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
