Basic Function of Position:

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, besides answering phone calls, emails, and messages. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lease renewal for all SACS properties with SLA / HDB / MOH / MSF.
2. Project management for assigned properties’ renovation works including calling tender & award for consultants and contractors.
3. Lead for Group Tender for all SAMH and SACS properties. E.g. appointment of Electricity Retailer
4. Lead for Group Tender for Fire Protection, ACMV, Card Access, CCTV, PA and Pest Control.

REQUIREMENTS
