This role overseeing and handle company's facilities maintenance

and administrative duties

1. Handles proactive and preventative maintenance works to the building facilities/ system/ equipment (Example: telephone system, goods hoist lifts system, passenger lifts system, car lift, dumbwaiter, ACMV system, fire protection system, sanitary & plumbing system etc.). The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, posting job ads, interviews. The role also involves liaising and attending recruitment fairs, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with employment laws

Recruitment

• Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites

• Review applications to shortlist candidates.

• Conduct initial interview for the shortlist candidates and arrange appointment with hirings

• Source candidates through various channels ( job portal, recruitment agency etc) and explore new sourcing channels

• Work closing with hiring manager to understand requirement

• Prepare necessary papers for the hiring process including offer & negotiation

• Establish positive relationships within the various stakeholders and candidates to assist with the seamless recruiting process.

Recruitment Fairs

Liaise with organizers and attend recruitment fairs to attract potential candidates.

Onboarding and Offboarding

• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

• Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all exit formalities are completed.

Marketing Executive Responsibilities

• Handles full set of accounts, including monthly bank reconciliation & journal entries
• Ensure accuracy for data entry of all transactions into the MYOB
• Account Payables: Check and ensure the supporting documents are adequate and complete, monitor payments and issue cheques to vendors
• Prepare PVs and attached cheques together with supporting documents for Accountant and Finance Manager’s review before route to Directors for their approvals
• Account Receivables: Check and ensure the supporting documents (PG/SR) are adequate and complete before issue invoices on time and mail to customer, and capture the sales transactions in the MYOB
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in auditing matters
• Perform month end and year end closing and prepare audit schedules for balance sheet accounts within the stipulated timeline for Accountant/FM to review
• Ensure all finance documents are properly filed and kept in the cabinet such as bank statement and contracts
• Provide administrative supports, i.e. mailing documents and etc
• To undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Accountant/FM, i.e. generate and sorting listing from MYOB, checking of historical data and etc.
