• Provide financial and administrative services, inluding full accounts payable function, intercompany reconciliation, journal entries to support the Finance & Accounting Team in AP and other reporting

2. Logistics and Equipment Handling:Ensure proper loading and unloading of catering equipment onto delivery vehicles.
   Conduct deliveries and collections to various catering locations across the island.
   
3. On-Site Customer Interaction:Communicate with customers to understand on-site setup requirements.
   Organize setup and clean-up activities for events such as buffet receptions and seminars.
   
4. Inventory Control:Maintain control over catering equipment inventory during order collections.
   
5. Vehicle Management:Ensure cleanliness and basic servicing of assigned delivery vehicles.
   
6. Hygiene Compliance:Understand and adhere to mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
   
7. Miscellaneous Duties:Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
   

Qualifications:

1. Experience:Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
   
2. Customer Service Skills:Strong ability to interact effectively with clients.

4. Physical Requirements:Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Processing of AP invoices including accurate account coding
• Handling accounts payable function including checking and preparing cheque, bank transfer and trade finance application
• Responsible for daily accounts payable duties
• Updating of cash book
• Perform staff claim calculation
• Preparing AP related schedules of accounts
• Preparing bank reconciliation
• Assist in month end GST reporting
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Possess LCCI/ Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Experience in APPAC will be an advantage
