Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and produce content for our social media schedule, including identifying/creating visual materials, copywriting, scheduling, and posting.
• Making and managing posts on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others when necessary.
• Keeping an eye on new trends, topics, hashtags, and features on social media to help our online presence grow and improve.
• Actively interacting with our online community every day, including responding to comments and direct messages promptly.
• Coordinating with social media influencers, videographers, photographers, and outside vendors as necessary for campaigns or events.

For this position, we seek candidates who possess:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in handling digital and social media marketing posts/platforms.
• A robust and current understanding of utilizing different social media marketing platforms and tools.
• Practical experience in implementing and refining social media posts.
• Skill in crafting captivating content, which includes creating visual assets and writing engaging copy.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Social Media Marketing or similar qualification.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro. Photography skills is a plus

About the role

This position reports to the Team Lead of Digital Platforms Marketing where your key responsibilities would includes

• Plan, conceptualize, and execute data-driven marketing activations aligned with lifecycle goals such as member acquisition, engagement, retention, and platform conversions.
• Analyze marketing and product data to derive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
• Manage end-to-end processes for strategic partnerships, including meetings, agreements, partner platform integrations, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with media agencies to implement paid campaigns, optimize budgets, and maximize ROI across channels.
• Work with social media agencies to craft effective strategies and visuals that drive community engagement on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Support content marketing initiatives across owned channels, including eDM, app communications, social media, and websites, to enhance digital engagement.
• Work closely with teams in product, customer experience, and business development to execute MarTech innovation projects such as hyper-personalization and product marketing enhancements.

Skills and experience required

• Min 3 years of experience in sectors such as retail, brands, hospitality, loyalty, or MarTech
• Proficient in marketing and analytics tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, and advanced Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva, and customer engagement platforms such as Braze, is a plus.

We are looking for someone to assist the building of the brand and social media management for our partners!

You will work directly with the operations team to bring marketing ideas to life and liaise directly with our retail partners to coordinate deliverables.

What are you supposed to do?

• Maintain online social channels and digital presence (Instagram, Linkedin, website etc.)
• Create content for online social channels (Design curation, event photo taking, social media captions etc.)
• Develop content strategies to enhance brand awareness; monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine efforts for better outcomes
