Liaising with internal team members (transport and warehouse) to ensure shipment fulfilment is on track

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, including accommodations, flights and tours.
• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the booking process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain knowledge of travel products, services and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and travel partners.
• Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel planning process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales strategies and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
• Must have atleast 3 years retail sales experience in fashion with good sales skills and sales service attitude in travel history.
• Strong knowledge of travel products and services.
• Able to communicate effectively with English, Hindi, Tamil speaking clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High of organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven.

1. Planning and Directing Food Preparation: You’ll oversee kitchen staff and ensure the quality of food items. This involves creating menus or modifying existing ones to meet quality standards.
2. Estimating Food Requirements and Costs: You’ll estimate food and labor requirements, helping manage costs effectively.
3. Supervising Kitchen Staff: Your role includes managing kitchen staff, arranging equipment purchases and repairs, and addressing any arising problems or complaints.
4. Administrative Duties: You’ll handle administrative tasks, such as keeping time and payroll records, complying with regulations, and maintaining a positive approach with coworkers and customers.
5. Staying Current: As an Executive Chef, it’s essential to keep up with cooking trends and best practices.

Job Responsibilities

• Attending to sales enquiries
• Going on-site or communicate with customers to understand their needs through online means
• Ensure good after-sales service
• Looking for potential sales
• Answering sales enquiries whenever someone calls into the office (If you are in the office)
• Provide excellent sales service and meeting sales target
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned
• Training will be provided

Job Requirements

• Strong sales service mentality, proactive and willing to learn attitude
• Experience in sales will be an advantage
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice will be an advantage
• Preferably 1 year experience on sales
• Possess a valid Singaporean Driving or Bike License (easier to travel around)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Singaporean only due to quota limitations.

Job Details

Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9AM - 6PM) and Saturday (9AM - 12.30PM)

Pay: Basic + Commission basis

• This position reports directly to the CEO.
• Requires minimum of 5 years of experience doing administrative and office management related works.
• Issuance of tax invoice and chasing of payment.
• Working hand in hand with the finance department to ensure all account related matters are in order.
• Well-versed in shipment procedures to carry out clearance of imports.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and able to correspond with different stakeholders including clients, suppliers and financial institutions.
