Key Accountabilities

Strategy Development & Execution:

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy in alignment with the Company’s broader business goals, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and digital brand growth.

Campaign Management:

• Lead and manage the execution of multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content marketing, etc.) to meet KPIs and optimize ROI.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with global teams, including product, sales, and creative teams, to ensure the seamless execution of integrated digital marketing plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to enhance digital marketing performance and capabilities.

Performance Analytics & Optimization:

• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness and ROI.

Brand Alignment & Consistency:

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms and channels, aligning with global brand guidelines while adapting to regional market nuances.

Budget Management:

• Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact across various channels.

Market Research & Trends:

• Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitors’ activities, applying insights to enhance the company’s digital strategy and competitive edge.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics tools, etc.), and CRM systems.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing a team of digital marketing professionals.

Roles Description:

The role will be a Digital Marketing Account Manager (AM). The AM will be handling our clients' Digital Marketing campaigns. He or she is also expected to be managing our clients and optimise their campaign to the best practices.

Specific Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the role are to conceptualise, set up, optimise the performance of the digital marketing accounts, and update clients regarding the campaign performance.

Competencies:

The AM will have an in-depth understanding of Digital Marketing and also gain the confidence of client management. He or She will be able to set up and run the campaigns independently. In addition, he or she would be analysing data to optimise the campaign performance.

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the committees under the AMS Deanery and Academic Board;
• Support the promotion of continuing medical education to the specialists;
• Develop and maintain the administrative framework to support postgraduate education programmes in close collaboration with the colleges and chapters of the Academy;
• Conduct examinations, workshops including course;
• Collate and follow up on training and curriculum matters;
