RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing standards development projects under the national standardization programme administered by Enterprise Singapore.
• Provide secretariat support to the Technical Committees and Working Groups. This includes preparation of agendas, meeting minutes, report compilation, drafting of standards, etc.
• Engage and coordinate with the industry, academia, and government organizations to facilitate the development, promotion, and review of Singapore Standards and Technical References.
• Organizing key standard launches events and other outreach events.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and launch new standards. This includes conducting consultations and ensuring that standards are aligned with industry needs.
• Assist in the industry and technical research for the development of new/review of standards. Conduct verification studies to identify users of the standards.
• Handle inquiries regarding standards in your area of responsibility, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification/ Fresh gradustes are welcome to apply
• Preferably with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience in safety or manufacturing related field
• Preferably with secretariat experience
• Min. 3 years of experience in quality, safety or manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Results-oriented and able to manage and execute projects in a team and independently.

Your Next Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain operations for BB Company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing key partnerships, optimising inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency and resilience of our supply chain.

What You’ll Do

1. Strategic Planning:
   Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the overall business goals.
   Collaborate with key Product, Marketing and Operations stakeholders to align the supply chain strategy
2. Partner Management:
   Establish and maintain strong relationships with Fulfillment Centers, Contract Manufacturers and Raw Ingredient Suppliers
   Evaluate and select partners based on performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
3. Inventory Management:
   Optimize inventory levels to balance the need for product availability with cost control.
   Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
4. Risk Management:
   Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions.
   Monitor geopolitical, economic, and industry trends that could impact the supply chain.
5. Performance Measurement:
   Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain and regularly assess and report on performance.

6. Logistics Optimization:
   Streamline transportation and distribution processes to minimize lead times and reduce overall logistics costs.
   Explore innovative solutions to optimize transportation and storage.
7. Quality Control:
   Implement and oversee quality control measures throughout the supply chain to ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards.
   Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and improve overall product quality.
8. International Logistics and Shipping:
   Build the logistics for international operations, considering the delivery lead time and costs for customers worldwide
   Coordinate shipping and transportation arrangements, including customs compliance and import/export regulations. Seek opportunities to optimize international logistics and reduce costs and improve customer satisfaction.
9. Continuous Improvement:
   Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and assess the effectiveness of supply chain processes.
   Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and service enhancement. Implement lean methodologies, conduct regular performance reviews, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Collaboration and Communication:
    Foster collaboration and open communication between different departments, including, marketing, product, customer service, business development, finance.
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize processes.

Your Experience

• Proven experience in a senior-level supply chain management role, preferably in the consumer goods or health and wellness industry.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain best practices, logistics, and international trade regulations.

Your Next Role

As part of the Customer Service team, you will represent Maneuver Marketing as the company’s highest escalation point with the ultimate goal of developing and strengthening our customers’ engagement, satisfaction & loyalty.

Collaborating closely with various departments (Product, eCom, Marketing & Supply-Chain), the team provides stellar customer experience, as well as developing and implementing improvement strategies that contribute to the overall success of our business.

As the Social Media Community & Engagement Lead, you will report directly to the Senior Customer Service Manager and you will be entrusted with overseeing the operational success of our third-party BPO Social Media Moderator Team. You will provide key support to our customer-facing specialists and will also be responsible for identifying, strategizing & implementing engagement, sales, retention, and operational improvement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Content Moderation

• Develop Guidelines: Create and update community guidelines and moderation policies to ensure a safe and positive environment for users.
• Review User-Generated Content: Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines and platform policies.
• Remove Inappropriate Content: Identify and remove content that violates guidelines, such as hate speech, spam, or explicit material.
• Develop Crisis Protocols: Establish protocols for handling various types of crises, ensuring the team is prepared to respond effectively.
• Handle PR Crises: Quickly address and manage any public relations crises or negative publicity on social media to protect the brand’s reputation.

Community Management

• Monitor and Respond: Oversee and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms to foster a positive community environment.
• Engage with Followers: Actively engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content to build a loyal community.

Analytics and Reporting

Cross-functional Collaboration

Indirect Team Management

• Lead and Support Moderators: Manage a team of content moderators, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

• Generate and distribute monthly community engagement reports.
• Identify and implement three new strategies based on data insights to improve engagement.
• Define Key Community Metrics based on industry best practices.
• Track and report on key community metrics with 100% accuracy.

Your Experience

• At least 5y exp. in Social Media Community Management with 2 years in a leadership role, managing online communities with a focus on driving engagement, handling feedback, and maintaining brand reputation.
• Proven experience leading a social media moderation team, ideally across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure social media strategies align with broader company goals.
• Successful experience training, managing, and coordinating remote teams, as your customer service and moderation work is handled externally.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team of moderators, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Data oriented with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting on engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and content moderation accuracy to drive continuous improvement.
• Can demonstrate a creative approach to community engagement, with a strong understanding of how to create compelling and interactive responses and activities.

Ideally

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• Social media certifications (e.g., from Facebook, Google, or HubSpot) are a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with premium B2C and/or D2C brands, particularly in industries like health, wellness, or beauty, to understand how to communicate effectively with different audiences.
• Familiarity with mass-market brands, understanding how to scale community engagement to broader audiences.
• Enthusiasm for social media platforms, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices, especially in the wellness and beauty industries.
