Established in 2019, Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. is a Food and Beverage (F&B) and Shared Services Company managing F&B Operations as well as providing support services to a rapidly growing Group of Companies in multiple industries comprising concert/live shows management and promotions, F&B, hospitality, and real estate management. Gaia Lifestyle Holdings Pte. Ltd. regularly measures and improves process quality, examines, and applies best industry practices, identifies new and advanced technological implementations as well as trains and develops our employees to keep them relevant.
This role is responsible for supporting the Marketing team’s branding and marketing efforts for the F&B businesses under the Group in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities
- Understand and manage all in-house F&B brand concepts ensuring initiatives, visuals and direction are in accordance with brand identity
- Foster an in-depth knowledge of the Group and its value proposition
- Create brand ownership for the direction, planning, development, conceptualisation and development of existing and new in-house brands, including marketing and creative aspects
- Manage marketing partnerships to expand brand awareness, engagement and drive sales
- Identify and create marketing campaigns, strategies and promotional content to target market and audience
- Manage social media which includes planning monthly calendar, content creation and community management
- Build and maintain a media list by reaching out to media and influencers for RSVPs to tastings/events
- Draft and disseminate press releases and media invites
- Manage customer acquisition, retention, rewards etc. under loyalty app where applicable
- Develop job briefs and providing direction for in-house and external agencies/vendors to meet desired objectives
- Ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business strategies for the group
- Work with key internal stakeholders to align communications objectives
- Manage external agencies to ensure goals and messaging are aligned across all stakeholders and are on track
- Keep up to date on consumer habits and trends, and provide recommendations on consumer perspective and feasibility of business activities
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned under the Group
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in branding and/or marketing; prior experience in the F&B industry is advantageous
- A hands-on team player with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking and adaptability skills
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
