JOB SCOPES:

• Oversee all matters pertaining to graduate programs by research. Include but not limited to admissions, matriculation, course registration and exemption, orientation briefings, planning of courses, examinations, confirmation exercise, thesis submission, oral defence, nomination of examiners, compulsory seminar attendance, transferable skills workshops, leave matters, postgraduate outreach and publicity, website content maintenance, overseas conference processing, research internship programmes, fellowships, etc.
• Provide secretarial support to various committees.
• Prepares content for student handbooks, FAQs, instructions for students, policy documents, standard letters, work processes and timelines, standard and non-standard replies, checklists, forms, etc.
• Timely update and maintenance of all graduate students’ data in the systems.
• To provide support to the PGR team in all areas of work pertaining to Research and Graduate Studies, including data collation, statistics and reporting, ad-hoc research seminars and events, etc.
