- Accurately maintain company records and perform data entry for all client and worker details.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

- Assist with various other tasks as assigned by the management to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

- CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certified.

- Preference: KAH (Key Appointment Holder) certification.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Maid Agency or Headhunting company.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Knowledge of MOM regulations related to migrant domestic workers is essential.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet local and international safety, environmental, and chemical regulations.
• Lead country audit preparation, identifying areas for improvement in product safety processes.
• Develop standardized processes for product safety and trade compliance across the region.
• Monitor compliance and offer solutions to manage risks.
• Work with other teams to ensure they follow regional regulations.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
• At least 4 - 6 years of regulatory affairs/ compliance experience, preferably from chemical manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
