Primary Responsibilities

• Develop daily/monthly operational and financial reports, dashboard/matrix to keep track of departments’ productivity and financial performance.
• Monthly review of Transportation departments’ financial performance against historical results, forecasts, and budgets, and provide recommendations to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency and ensure financial targets are met.
