• Oversee product marketing activities in 14 subsidiaries in APAC, ensuring success and outcomes, achieving business targets at maximum productivity and efficiency

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:

• Collaborate with Japan HQ and APAC GM in formulating and executing the division’s business strategies in 14 subsidiaries in APAC region to ensure business targets are achieved and profits maximized
• Oversee all new product launch activities in APAC (Southeast Asia, East Asia and Oceania) subsidiaries, from deployment of GC Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, to product trainings, marketing collaterals creation and distribution
• Support new GC product launches in new territories, including USA and Europe
• Oversee the entire GC product life cycle management including the support and management of existing products inquiries from all APAC subsidiaries, product customization and future feature requests, and end-of-life management
• Ensure synergy in GC business performance across APAC
• Provide direction, guidance, coaching and mentorship to all members of the team
• Oversee all day-to-day operations and activities relevant to the above

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• 10 years of experience in an Executive or Senior Management role with proven success in a mature Graphic Communications market
• Experience and knowledge in planning, budgeting, financial management and business operations
• Diploma/Degree or related field
• Established understanding of the GC market and the digital transformation drivers
• Strong background in APAC Sales and Marketing from within the GC Market
• Established understanding of pricing and positioning strategies across multiple markets within a regional framework
• Outstanding organizational, leadership and managerial skills
• Self-driven, proactive with excellent critical thinking and able to maneuver all levels of a matrix organization
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving aptitude and decision-making ability

Qualification

The Role

This position will provide lease management support for the properties within the Company’s portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and maintaining of monthly and adhoc management reports to facilitate strategic planning.
• Responsible for data support during meetings or any adhoc requests.
• Assist and involvement in the implementation of projects relating to digital transformation and process improvements.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of gross sales turnover reports and detailed analysis of rental, gross sales turnover and occupancy cost.
• Responsible for annual audit checks on leases and tenants, arrears management, tenant and other related lease management functions.
• Enter information and data into the system and maintain the database, as well as monitor the status of lease documents.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or its equivalent.
• Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant experience with people management experience.
• Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and MS Excel.
• Experience working with SAP system and exposure in Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
• You should be meticulous, diligent, highly organized and have lots of self-initiative. Other key attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities Of The Role

• Directly contributes to the design and development of scaled Data Science algorithms.
• Applies technical knowledge to massive datasets with exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model building to deliver accurate and impactful algorithms.
• Quantifies improvement in business areas resulting from u algorithms. Works with Data and Software Engineering teams to productionize algorithms
• Responsible for building advanced analytic (ML/AI/Optimization) algorithms within a Data Science program and working with Business Partners and Friends of Data Science to insert algorithms into business processes and activate them directly with the business.

Job Qualifications

• At Least Bachelor Degree in Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Python, Cloud and ML Alorithms
• Hands on Machine Learning project experience by Python
• Good understanding about Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
• Exposure in model validation, back-testing, and other model risk management activities.
• Proven Foundation across full spectrum of ML Techniques (Traditional Methods, Deep Learning, Bayesian, etc), Statistics, Data Modeling, and Optimization.

Job Responsibilities:

The incident manager will be part of the Client Service team, working on the resolution of issues raised by users. Incident manager is in charge of supervising and monitoring incidents within AZQORE, lead and facilitate the resolution and closure of the incidents conforming to the SLA. He/she will engage the relevant domain experts for resolution, track the incident throughout its lifecycle and communicate the status to relevant stakeholders. As part of the incident management process, prepare and document post mortem (with action plans) for major incidents and communicate to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.

Analysis, development and estimations activities :

- Actively collect necessary information for incident communications and incident reports action plans from AZQORE teams.

- Analyze the information gathered from experts and summarize it in a comprehensive manner.

- Activate crisis meetings and calls when necessary.

Management and supervision activities :

- Write detailed incident report and perform timely communication to the stakeholders.

- Write and adhere to incident reports action plan.

- Take part in incident management process improvement.

- Regularly update and document procedures.

Communication and client contact activities :

- Publish incident communications, updates and action plans.

- Lead crisis unit.

- Communicate necessary information to manager.

- Participate to the resolution ticket which may become an INC or not.

Control Activities:

- Ensure that SLAs and OLAs are met in terms of incidents.

- Supervize the updating and closing of corresponding incidents in the JIRA tool.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 8-10 years experience in IT client service/ incident management roles within banking industry

- Good knowledge of banking domain, operating systems, networks, applications, incident management, ITIL process.

- Technical knowledge required: Systems Architecture, applications architecture, network, virtualization, server management, desktop service, mobile, security tools, ITIL process.
