Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager in Singapore. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints. They will be required to act as a representative of Singrass at industry trade shows, conferences and events, and be required to speak at such events when required. Job Description

• Involve in negotiations, evaluating quotations/tender submissions, and preparing Purchase Requisition & PO.
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary F&B. inventories and supplies needed to meet the day to day operation.

Position summary:

Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for leading the delivery of large, strategic, and complex data integration projects on behalf of our customers. You will work closely with project team members, and few other internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
