Job Description:

• Oversee, develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Group’s product line in the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with respective Business Units to align marketing initiatives and sales goals, ensuring support for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
• Develop, review and update promotional materials such as brochures, product images, and other materials as needed to increate product visibility and generate leads.
• Manage social medial platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring the content is up to date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. Oversee the creation of videos, and other content to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identity.
• Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Manage social medial platforms, websites, and digital channels, ensuring the content is up to date, engaging, and targeted to the right audience. Oversee the creation of videos, and other content to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Develop partnerships with agencies, media outlets, and vendors to expand the company’s marketing reach.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate joint promotional activities with industry partners.
• Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and a strong return on investment for campaigns and promotions.
• Preparate regular reports for senior management on the effectiveness of marketing activities and recommendations for improvements.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimally Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Across all online channels, including our website, social media platforms, email marketing, and online marketplaces.
• Manage online marketplaces: Optimize listings on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms to drive sales and increase visibility.
• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns and online advertisements: Including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and e-commerce sites to increase traffic and brand awareness.
• Create engaging product listings: Write compelling product descriptions and headlines that highlight key features and benefits, and use relevant keywords to improve search visibility.
• Design visually appealing product listings: Create eye-catching images and videos that showcase products in their best light.
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to optimize our marketing efforts and maximize ROI.
