The Role

Reporting to the Regional Shared Services Lead, you will work independently as a bridge between Finance and IT to ensure smooth functioning of financial systems, tools and implementation of new system changes. Job Description:

Facilities maintenance matters:

• Manage licenses, renewal, repair and replacement projects;
• Develop and manage contracts for services which are outsourced, against financial performance and outcome targets including but not limited to cleaning, security and parking;
• Ensure timely and prompt responses to all feedbacks and complaints following management towards targets and benchmarks; and
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators facilities maintenance works, and manage performance towards targets and benchmarks; and
• Manage efficient use of resources (i.e., equipment, time, physical assets, supplies, etc.) within the building.

Hospitality matters:

• Establish and develop strategies, goals and action plans for development of hospitality offerings;
• Oversee and administration of event spaces – multi-purposes hall, conferences and activity rooms, catering and F&B assets;
• Manage and enhance guest/public experiences across all touchpoints; and
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Estate Management preferred;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Basic electrical, P&S, BMS, ACMV, building, fire safety knowledge;
• 5.5 days workweek.
