Job Introduction

• Gauzy is looking for a talented and ambitious technical support assistant manager, responsible for being a technical lead and an escalation point of contact for our regional customers.
• Located in Singapore and reporting to the project and technical support manager, the technical support assistant manager will be in charge of providing our customers and partners with after sales and technical support.
• He/she will regularly collaborate with the sales department to evaluate and implement technical solutions for new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Degree in engineering/Practical engineering in the HW electronics field.

• Experience in the glass industry
• Customer service experience in the HW/System field – an advantage.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously - result driven mind-set with a desire and ability to learn.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills – Team player and hands on capability
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to a technical and non-technical audience.
