1. Summary of the role

The Customer Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, administering and improving customer service procedures and work flows across APAC regions, specific to aerospace customers. They may directly or indirectly lead customer support teams to acheive best in class customer support. They will establish, monitor and report specific KPI’s and seek to improve short falls. Regional Marketing Director leads the strategies for PH/CVM assets in market and pipeline across Asia Pacific markets. 1. Disease Area Leadership and Strategic Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Service Engineers & Technician and supervise the overhauling & commissioning of Engine & other aux equipment
• Work in Anchorage, Off-port limits, shipyard, onboard vessel on voyage repair
• Work with contractors for jobs that have to be outsourced
• Prepare service and calibration reports of the work activities
• Able to advise and recommend to the Technical Superintendent and Chief Engineer on faults/defects and operation of the machinery in accordance with the manufacturer's specification
• Provide technical support and deliver high-quality service standards to satisfaction of customers
• Carry out a risk assessment for each service and observe safe work practices and regulations onboard vessels & in the workshop
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting
• Responsible for continual improvement in the Service Department

• Must have Hands-on experience on 2 & 4 stroke engines, purifiers, pumps, and air compressors
