This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing Executive at Cogent Holdings Pte Ltd. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, enhancing brand visibility, and driving customer engagement across multiple channels.

Content Strategy & Creation:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand integrity across the organization.

· Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, events, and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to effectively promote the company's brand and services

· Manage the company’s digital presence across social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns. Use of Adobe illustrator, Canva, and other applications.

· To enhance brand awareness, positioning, and perception.

· Stay current on digital marketing trends and tools to optimize online performance, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and social media engagement.

· Assist in planning, monitoring / managing campaign budgets, agencies, and vendors to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign/event deliverables.

Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:

· Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

· Analyze customer data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and drive marketing decisions.

· Continuously optimize and improve the marketing campaigns/strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably 1 year in a senior or leadership role.
• Experience in managing digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms
• Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• High proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing).
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee content for social media platforms (WeChat & LinkedIn), EDM, and the company website.
• Create marketing materials, including brochures, case studies (videos, PPTs, posters), and presentation slides.
• Lead the team to plan, implement, and organize marketing events and lead marketing campaigns, including Google Ads (SEO, SEM).
• Manage and operate the company website using WordPress, ensuring regular updates and optimal performance.
• Handle the selection and sourcing of corporate gifts, liaising with suppliers, and manage inventory and budget.
• Collaborate closely with sales and project implementation departments to ensure alignment.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, design, or related fields.
2. Effective written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, as the role needs to liaise with Chinese clients and other Chinese support teams.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
4. Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and WordPress.
5. Strong market planning abilities and sensitivity to market trends.
6. Basic knowledge of digital marketing analysis, such as SEO, SEM, and social media ads analysis.
7. Basic video editing skills with any editing software.
8. Ability to liaise with different associations and parties for event planning and partnership.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced or consumer-facing industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing tools).
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
