• Respond promptly and provide professional customer service to enquiries, feedback and clarification on billing discrepancies, if any
• Timely update and maintain accurate data of billing records in ERP / CRM systems
• Provide coaching and oversee billing team members’ performance
• Ensure all related documents are properly filed and archived
• To prepare all information request to meet internal and external audit requirements
• Review and provide improvement idea for billing process and procedure

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Administration/ Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Over 8 years in billing related work experience, preferably in logistics MNC company
• Experience in leading small team in achieving target KPIs
• Receptive and highly adaptable to process changes
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage and meet multiple timelines within a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with detailed mind and strong analytical skills
• Good team player
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
