Strategy

• Be a key contact for the direct reports of the CABM Global Co-Head and other peers across CABM and Strategy & Talent (S&T) and the business BPM community.

Governance

• Responsible for reviewing and analysing the budget for the markets & business CABM teams, working with budget owners across the team to ensure actions such as forecasting and restatements are completed on time – with support from the planning and governance leads in our clusters and business CABM marketing teams
• Looking across the CABM Co-Head portfolio, proactively identify efficiencies and opportunities, and review potential overspend to ensure costs stay within budgets.
• Work collaboratively with BPM and other counterparts in the CABM central teams, with a one-CABM mindset, to identify further potential efficiencies, opportunities and ways of working across the function as a whole.
• Work closely with Strategy & Talent COO teams in order to manage and prioritise resources effectively.
