Job Requirements

● A bachelor's degree in IT engineering, or related field is preferred. Additional technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are highly advantageous

● Demonstrated success as a sales executive in the IT or physical security industry, with specific knowledge of CCTV, access control systems (ACS), network technology

● Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to craft custom solutions, and proven negotiation expertise.

● An established network within the security industry is advantageous

● Experience with selling SaaS solutions (CRM, cloud-based ACS/VMS) is highly advantageous.

Job Description:

• Be involved in project plan, Coordination operation
• Attend the project meeting if required
• Day-to-day site operation to ensure works are constructed as per project & safety requirement
• Supervise site works
• Liaise with clients on site works/project
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

PROJECT ENGINEER (MARINE INDUSTRY)

Company background:

• One of Singapore’s established MNC company specializing within the Marine Industry providing integrated mooring and rigging services

Location: West (Clementi) - Company transportation provided from MRT

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)

Remuneration Package:

• Basic up to S$ 8500
• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to oversee the design, development and construction.
• Interface with system designer, vendors, fabricators including drawings reviews, sourcing equipment, cost control and monitoring, schedule monitoring and update.
• Oversee project implementation according to the requirements and objectives. This includes schedule monitoring, vendors sourcing and recommendation, purchase/ cost evaluation, resources allocation, attend to inquiries, clarifying technical details, supervising project execution, implementing corrective actions, conducting Factory Acceptance Tests, and finalizing as-built documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in deck machinery using technical manuals, hand tools, and power tools.
• Meticulously maintain records of all changes, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Develop operating, maintenance and safety procedures for the system.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic or its equivalent discipline
• Preferably possess at least 5 years working experience within the Marine Industry or Shipyard Environment
• Good understanding of deck machinery such as winch, crane, lifting and handling equipment and the related IACS (particular ABS, DNV, BV) rules and regulations
• Added advantage with specific experience in WTW system (Offshore Passenger Transfer System)
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulic and electrical system and P&ID with ability to perform trouble shooting
• Understanding of structural design is an added advantage
• Fluent in software skills (MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Project, Adobe and AUTOCAD)
• Ability to use Primavera scheduling software will be an added advantage
• Comfortable in travelling overseas to oversee projects
