Responsibilities

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or equilant.
• A valid engineering license.
• 2 or more years' field and project planning experience.
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
• The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract.
• Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
• Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
• Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any as well as new critical activities.
• Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report
• Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project anager
• Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.
• Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.
• Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required
• Assists in preparing work program, cash flow and manpower histogram for tenders.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the MEICA Projects
• Proficient in Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
• Candidates must be comfortable presenting to a large audience.
• Good command of English and reporting writing will be an added advantage

Job Description:

1. Participate in the design of water/wastewater treatment systems for various industries during tendering and project stages.
2. Prepare relevant documents and drawings, including flow diagrams, general arrangements, technical specifications, etc. for project tendering.
3. Conduct detailed engineering for secured projects, encompassing PFD, PID, technical specifications, process descriptions, control philosophy, etc.
4. Review and determine engineering requirements, such as equipment sizing, material selection, piping sizing, and hook-ups for optimal process operation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Discipline or Environmental Science.
• 4 to 6 years of prior experience in process design for wastewater industries.
• Knowledge in evaporator, mechanical vapour compressor, aerobic/anaerobic processes, membrane technology (UF, MBR), sludge handling, etc., in water/wastewater treatment processes.
• In-depth knowledge of process and mechanical engineering
