Sales Engineer / Sales Account Manager

Overview of Role:

To promote the Integrated Security Management System (ISMS). Extra Low Voltage System (ELV), Building Management System (BMS) and company’s range of high technology products to new or existing customers in construction industry and local market.

Job Description:

• Responsible in developing customer awareness of company’s Security, ELV System or BMS in local market;
• Follow up and regular visit to key clients/consultants;
• To build good rapport with M&E consultants, contractors and developers;
• To prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals;
• Demonstrate ability to thrive in a targeted, sales environment.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
• 3 to 5 years working experience in related industry;
• Good technical knowledge of Security, ELV or BMS;
• Good rapport with M&E consultants, contractors and developers;
• Good team players;
• Good communication skills and presentation skills;
• Outgoing and pleasant personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in the packaging industry;
• Specialization in product development and process improvement with a strong emphasis on innovative packaging solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, planning, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management, Solidworks, and SAP would be advantageous.
• Excel in dynamic environments, demonstrating flexibility in response to technological changes and challenges.
• Anticipate and meet the evolving expectations of internal and external customers, striving for service excellence.
• Uphold high ethical standards, maintaining professionalism and reliability
