• Assist the head chef and senior sous chefs in kitchen operations
• creating and curating new menus for different occasions and requirements
• perform continuous quality control of dishes prepared
• ensure proper methods and process of cooking
• Plan schedule of kitchen staff
• Train the junior members
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen staff
• Ensure ingredients and food ordered are of quality and at competitive prices
• coordinate with services manager and team to ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
