Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead & Motivate Team: Guide the sales team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Strategic Sales Planning: Work with the GM to develop sales strategies and launch effective campaigns to enhance market reach.
• Key Account Management: Build strong relationships with key clients, including clinic groups, private hospitals, and retail pharmacies.
• Business Development: Identify new growth opportunities and form partnerships to strengthen market positioning.
• Sales Operations: Oversee daily sales activities and take initiative on special projects as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Undertake audit projects that meet department and other appropriate standards (e.g., ISACA, IIA).
• Conduct risk assessments and audit on IT governance and compliance within required timeline.
• Establish risk-based audit programs and determine scope of review in conjunction with the Senior Manager
• of Internal Audit.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure audit work and other projects undertaken
• throughout the Organisation provides appropriate assurance.
• Influence and facilitate changes to improve the controls environment to mitigate risks to an acceptable level.
• Work with the team to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders to help ensure the audit

Working Experience

• Minimum 3 or more years of IT/ cybersecurity audit experience in cyber assessment, network and infrastructure security, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, security governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experienced in auditing of cloud-based platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), services, and applications.

Job Description:

• Managing the design and coordination of a team of M&E coordinators, Engineers, and BIM modellers.
• Liase with consultants on matters relating to all M&E works.
• Participate in technical meetings and site meetings.
• To assess and resolve any technical or site issues related to M&E drawings and M&E work with consultants and subcontractors
• On-site supervision of work progress
• Maintaining schedules and coordinating the work of subcontractors.
• Assist in finalising accounts of MYE Sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Construction related degree
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects is an advantage
• Highly motivated, independent, initiative and responsible.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

• To develop and submit a Project Interface Plan (PIP) which manages the interface management process throughout the project life cycle.
• To be responsible for the project wide internal and external interface management activities.
• To conduct weekly interface meeting with all stakeholders and interface manager of all contractors (including SC, direct contractors / specialists to be appointed)
• To manage and coordinate with interface manager of all systems to incorporate the finalised interface details into the overall combined services plans /BIM
• To work with BIM coordinator and be responsible for the BIM coordination for development of BIM Model.

Job Requirement

Shall possess an Engineering Degree with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in M&E services coordination OR

A diploma with at least 20 years of relevant working experience in M&E services coordination.

Perform diagnostic analysis of the network system, identify possible faulty devices, troubleshoot faulty modules, troubleshoot network problems and outages and prepare necessary documentation detailing actions taken.

-Monitor system performance and track usage and develop and deliver a trend analysis of system load, usage and response.

-Monitor the reachability of all connections within the network adhering to circuit restoral priorities and initiate troubleshooting to restore full network capability.

-Analyze system functions and failures to isolate and define problem areas
