As a Process Analyst, you will work in NUHS Deputy Chief Executive (Research & Education) Office as a Research Transformation Office (RTO) member. You will support the Senior Assistant Director of RTO and collaborate with fellow Functional Division/Department’s Subject Matter Experts to deliver improved business processes and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside Functional Division/Department’s Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify areas of inefficiency in the existing processes, and help users define business requirements which may entail process streamlining and/or automation.
• Assist SMEs and guide process mapping for as-is and to-be process modeling.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.
• Responsible for data integrity, defining data conversion/migration requirements, and verifying the correctness of converted/migrated data.
• Suggest processes for integration with technology and ways to increase productivity.

Requirements
