Work you will do:

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a portfolio of Trust accounts. The incumbent will perform bookkeeping of all transactions within the stated timeframe and ensuring ongoing accuracy and completeness of financial records for the JTC Trust accounts.

Job Description

1. Complete day-to-day operations of the fund, including but not limited to investor subscriptions, opening trading accounts, bill payments, documentation maintenance.

2. Trade settlements for different asset classes, e.g., equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.

3. Reviewing NAV reports issued by the fund administrators and supporting for funds’ audit and MAS annual declaration.

4. Maintaining good relationships and work closely with partners such as brokers, custodian, fund administrator and company secretary.

Requirements:

The Operations Executive would be working directly with all members of the team, including team members based in London. Key responsibility supporting the front Office in Singapore, liaising with Middle/Back Office colleagues in London office to hand over the day-to-day work and in developing and maintaining robust processes and to provide information to both internal and external clients as required.

This role does offer the opportunity to grow over time, working alongside mid-level and senior colleagues in middle office, risk, corporate affairs, and compliance. The successful applicant will play a role in the development and continuous improvement of our processes, controls and reporting deliverables.

Key responsibilities will cover:

• Operational tasks including;
• managing and ensuring the accuracy of trade bookings & confirmations
• supporting fund subscription and redemption reporting and fund documentation updates
• onboarding of counterparties and custodians
