• Smooth day to day running of the department
• Attract, recruit and retain competent sea staff for the company’s fleet in accordance with STCW 95 / Flag States / clients’ requirements and MLC 2006 compliance
• Manage crew deployment in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner as guided by the Operations Manager
• Compensation and benefits administration including payroll, performance management and crew welfare
