• Lead the ServiceNow IRMS development, implementation, and adoption in Synapxe.

About the Job:

This is a holistic programme designed to groom and develop individuals aspiring to become future leaders in the retail industry. It is tailored to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various facets of retail management. We have two different tracks for our Management Associate Programme i.e

Corporate Services (HR, finance, IT and business development). You will be exposed to projects related to the different corporate functions.

Retail (marketing/ecommerce, store management, logistics and supply chain). You will be exposed to projects which can range from promoting products in showroom, analyzing sales data to devising marketing campaigns, optimizing supply chain, or improving customer experiences.

You will be given an opportunity to try out different job functions before identifying your area of interest and the career path to take. Experienced managers will be providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the program. Management Associates can expect to interact with the senior management team. The Management Executive is entrusted with the outlet's daily operational and financial excellence, exercising strong leadership and decision-making skills to uphold Stuff’d operational standards while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Outlet Operational Excellence:

1. Operational Standards and Customer Experience:

• Uphold the highest safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency levels, ensuring adherence to Stuff’d hospitality standards in all interactions.
• Oversee timely inventory requisitions and receiving procedures and optimize strategies to minimize waste production.
• Lead the team in implementing necessary changes to enhance outlet performance and customer experience.

2. Equipment and Crisis Management:

• Ensure the functionality of the outlet and equipment, taking proactive measures for maintenance and readiness to manage crises effectively.

3. Customer Engagement and Communication:

• Manage customer experiences across multiple platforms, encouraging and facilitating social media reviews and ratings.
• Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communications.

4. Reporting and Feedback:

• Provide comprehensive and timely feedback to the Area Manager regarding outlet activities, achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Safety Compliance and Manpower Management:

1. Compliance and Risk Control:

• Conduct scheduled food audits accurately and ensure compliance with operational, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Enforce adherence to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines for food and ingredient usage and sales.
• Communicate and ensure team members follow safe work procedures, maintaining compliance.

2. Resource Planning and Team Management:

• Assist in forecasting resource and manpower needs, and planning weekly schedules based on business requirements.
• Manage staff grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, escalating when necessary to the Area Manager/HR.
• Conduct on-site orientations, including safety, hygiene, and comprehensive on-the-job training for new employees.

The Management Trainee leads the daily operational and financial excellence of the outlet by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards. They are responsible for the daily operations of an outlet, including auditing, manpower planning, performance management, oversee the inventory and ordering of food supplies, optimising profits, customers relations and ensuring high customer service standards.

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to:

Outlet Operation

• Ensure the highest level of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, while simultaneously upholding Hugabo standards of hospitality in all interactions
• Administer timely inventories requisition and receiving procedures
• Monitor and foster service quality and customer satisfaction
• Formulate strategies to minimise waste production
• Identify and establish internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Lead team to implement and carry out changes required in the outlet
• Manage crisis situations
• Ensure outlet and equipment are in working condition
• Manage the customer experience thru different platform, by encouraging social media reviews and ratings
• Responsible to provide timely communications to internal and external stakeholder
• Provide timely feedback to the Area Manager with regards to outlet activities

Safety Compliance

• Conduct scheduled food audit are carried out timely and accurately
• Ensure compliance with operational standards as well as safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensure food and ingredients products are use and sell according to First-In-First-Out and First-Expire-First-Out guidelines
• Communicate safe work procedures and safety rules and ensure compliance of team member
• Understand and identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures
• Ensure all SFA guidelines are adhered in the outlet
• Ensure food safety in accordance to Hugabo SOP

Manpower

• Assist to forecast resource and manpower needs
